Sarah is a graduate of the Veterinary Technician program at St. Clair College. She became registered in August 2009. She joined the Orangeville Animal Hospital in May 2009 and is pleased to offer her technical skills to help improve the health and well being of her four legged friends. She also works at the Elora Gorge Animal Hospital.
When not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and her 3 cats; her interests outside of work include art, reading, & movies.
June Kirk, Office Manager
June is a graduate of the Animal Care Aide program from
Ontario Business College. She has been working in veterinary practices in a
variety of positions for over 15 years. She joined the team at Orangeville Animal
Hospital in July of 2013.
June lives in the country outside of Grand Valley with her
husband and daughter along with several furry family members. Until recently
June and her husband Terry spent most of their spare time training, performing
or competing with their dogs in flyball, high jump and agility. They have
fostered between 50 and 60 dogs and puppies which they helped to find new
When not at work June enjoys spending time with her family,
hiking with her dogs, gardening, home improvements and reading.
Pierrette, Office Administrator
Pierrette is a purebred French Canadian, born and raised in Northern Ontario. She has resided in Mono Township since 1996 with her husband Chris and her son Justin and daughters Stephanie and Alexie. They share their country property with 6 cats and 6 horses - 1 Quarterhorse, 4 Arabs and a newly acquired Shagya mare.
Pierrette previously bred and showed pedigreed Abyssinian and Siamese cats. One of her prize Siamese became best Siamese in Canada and another kitten became top Abyssinian kitten in the country. Her animal interests also brought her to photographic safaris to Kenya, Rwanda and Tanzania.
She enjoys reading, gardening, traveling, hiking, trail riding and occasional competitive endurance riding. Her love of animals made it a natural transition to work at vet clinics. Starting in Shelburne and currently at the Orangeville Animal Hospital and the Emergency Veterinary Clinic.
When Robyn gets older she plans to own a hobby farm and the occupation she would love to pursue is an animal rehabilitant and a pet boarder. Her idols are Cesar Millan and David Suzuki. Her American Eskimo “Kira” is her pride and joy, she is her absolute everything! She also has 2 cats, a beta fish, 2 frogs, 2 guinea pigs, a bunny, a pony and a Thoroughbred horse. She LOVES animals, some might say they’re an obsession of hers and she loves her job!
Robyn completed her 140 community hours prior to being hired on at Orangeville Animal Hospital.
Camilla, Quality Control
Camilla has been at the Orangeville Animal Hospital since the spring of 2007. Some of her favorite things include eating, sleeping, drinking from the toilet or snooping through clients belongings!
